Transcending Hope is a nonprofit organization built by people who are either in recovery or have been touched by addiction and recovery. We’ve found that those who have dealt closely with these issues understand the difficulties of starting a new life free of drugs and alcohol.
We offer safe, stable Recovery housing in Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas Counties. Transcending Hopes team provides support to our residents, transitional programs, and community restoration program. Transcending Hope is here to help.
Recovery Housing
Housing
- Washington County Structured Clean and Sober affordable community housing. Providing on site staff supports,working on goals and next steps. This is Diverse living for Men, Women, and Families. There are 11 properties across Washington County.
- Washington County Aid & Assist Community Restoration Supportive Housing for Men & Women. Referrals are directly from Washington County Behavioral Health. 3 locations opened and another opening in Oct 2023.
- Clackamas County Measure 110 stabilization transitional program housing. Recovery housing for men, women, and families. Diverse culturally responsive and Culturally Specific Latino & Latina Housing designed to support community members with connection to services and permanent housing.
- Multnomah County Measure 110 stabilization housing. Transcending Hope provides measure 110 stabilization transitional program housing for our Latino & Latina communities. We serve men, men with children, women, and women with children. These are culturally responsive, Culturally Specific Housing designed to support community members with connection to services and permanent housing.
